Five SEASON WINDOWS & & Doors: Earn $500 for you — and $500 for charity

A referral program that does good

Five Seasons Windows & Doors has always believed that treating customers like family leads to lasting relationships. Now we’re making it even easier for our past customers to share that experience with friends and neighbors and give back to the community.

Between now and December 1, 2025, when you refer someone who replaces 8 windows or more, we will:

  • Pay the referrer $500

  • Donate $500 to a registered charity of your choice on your behalf or one we pick.

There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. Each qualifying referral earns you $500 and sends $500 to a good cause. It’s the most significant referral incentive in the Denver market and a meaningful way to support the charities our community cares about this holiday season.

01

Share your referral

Tell a friend, neighbor or family member about Five Seasons and encourage them to contact us for a free window consultation. You can share our referral form or call us directly to register their name.

02

We confirm their project

Once they purchase at least 8 windows, they become a qualified customer.

03

You get paid & we donate

After their installation is complete, we’ll send you a $500 referral fee. We will also donate $500 to the charity you selected in your name.

Charities Denver residents love

We will donate to any registered 501(c)(3) charity you prefer.

Sales script for calling past customers

Encourage past customers to refer friends or neighbors for window replacement and highlight the $500 referral reward, as well as the $500 charitable donation. The tone should be friendly, grateful, and community‑oriented.

1.Introduction & rapport

“Hi [name], this is [caller] from Five Seasons Windows & Doors. How have you been? I’m calling for a couple of reasons today. For starters, I wanted to check in and say thank you again for trusting us with your windows. How are you enjoying your windows/doors?”

Address any concerns and rejoice with all praise… THEN

2.Explain why you’re calling.

“That’s great [Name]. The other reason for my call today is to let you know that we’ve just launched an enhanced referral program that not only rewards you but also supports a charity you care about.” “Would $500 cash for you and $500 to charity interest you just for sending us a referral?”

Wait for answer: No. Hey, no problem [name]. Can I help you with anything today before I say goodbye? - YES… continue

3.Describe the incentive clearly

“From now until December 1, 2025, when someone you refer purchases 10 windows or more, we’ll send you a $500 referral fee—and we’ll donate $500 to a registered charity. There’s no limit to how many people you can refer.”

4.Call to action

“Do you have friends, family, or neighbors who might be thinking about replacing their windows? I’d love to help them and make sure you receive the reward.

Wait for answer: No: Hey, no problem [name]. When you think of someone, let me know. Can I help you with today before I say goodbye? - YES… continue

5.Address questions and close

  • “Do you have any questions about how the program works or which charities are eligible? I’m here to help.”

“Thank you again for your business and for considering a referral. You’ll not only be rewarded for your trust—you’ll help strengthen our community. Have a great day!”

Tips for sales reps

  • Use the customer’s name and reference their past project to build trust.

  • Be flexible: if the customer prefers to think about it, offer to send an email with details.

  • Highlight the unlimited nature of the program and the December 1, 2025 deadline.

  • Keep it conversational: listen for any feedback about their previous experience and address any concerns before asking for referrals.

Follow up politely if they express interest but don’t commit immediately.
